EMbridal’s Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed (subject to availability).

Reschedule requests — 30 Days

Reschedule requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the original appointment date.

Cancellation — The deposit

Cancellations made within 30 days of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation — Service fee

Cancellations made within 14 days of the appointment will require payment of the full remaining service balance (100% of the service fee).

trial session

Cancellation after a trial session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond either party's control, we will work together to reschedule at no additional cost.
